1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are your lunch boxes leak-proof?
Yes. Most of our containers feature airtight, leak-proof lids designed to prevent spills. We recommend not overfilling and ensuring the lid is properly sealed.
6. Are the containers microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most products are microwave-safe (without lid) and top-rack dishwasher safe. Please check the product description for specific care instructions, as some models may vary.
7. Are your lunch boxes BPA-free and food-safe?
Yes. All Lunchvora containers are made from high-quality, BPA-free, food-grade materials (PP, glass, stainless steel, etc.).
8. What sizes and capacities do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes — from small snack boxes to large 5-compartment bento boxes and spacious meal prep containers (from 500ml to over 2000ml). Capacity and dimensions are clearly listed on each product page.
9. Are the lunch boxes suitable for kids?
Yes. We carry many kid-friendly designs with fun colors, durable construction, and portion sizes perfect for school lunches.
10. Do your containers keep food hot or cold?
Our insulated lunch boxes and containers with good seals help maintain temperature for several hours. For best results, we recommend using with ice packs (for cold) or insulated bags.
11. How do I clean stubborn stains or odors?
We recommend washing with warm soapy water immediately after use. For stubborn odors, soak with baking soda + vinegar or lemon water. Most containers are dishwasher safe.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
